We noticed that we kept encountering the same problems and knew that we could solve them using the latest technology. That's when the idea for Goldenkey.ch came about. The company G.&P. Spaini uses the platform and is connected with their tenants and workers since then.
2012
After only two years, we renovated our first apartment building with 5 apartments. We took care of the architecture and construction management ourselves. Other major renovations followed later.
2010
We, Pascal and Gilbert Spaini, started managing rental apartments and condominiums in 2010 when we were 19 and 22, respectively.
